What is next
Step 1
Contact the place you liked for your pictures for current fees and available dates. Since you are probably booking with different providers, try to have two to three date and time options.
Step 2
Before booking any date with the place, please contact me for availability. Also contact the rest of the providers (if any) for their availability as well. Weekdays are the best to work with for everybody.
Step 3
Once everybody has agreed on the date and time planned, you can book the place following their instructions. Make sure you get a receipt and explicit confirmation from everybody. Then, just wait for the date to come.
NOtes:
- You would be the one to call and book the date and time with the place.
- These places are only recommendations. You can bring your own. We adapt ;)
- Can't work under the rain. If weather doesn't work, we can happily reschedule to a different date, no fees added.
- We could also reschedule if the day is fully cloudy (this is optional). No fees added. Fully cloudy days takes the color brightness away from the photos.
- You can reschedule the photo shoot once and it needs to be done 48 hours before. Second rescheduling will cause a $75 fee, except for rain or cloudy days.
